- • As a Senior Account Executive for ShowingTime+ at Zillow Group, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the real estate technology market by driving adoption of innovative showing management, feedback, recruiting, analytics, contracts, and media solutions. Your work will directly empower real estate professionals—agents, brokers, associations, and MLSs—to win more business and serve clients more effectively, contributing to Zillow Group’s mission of transforming the real estate experience through technology and support.
- • You will position yourself as a trusted industry expert by conducting discovery conversations and delivering tailored product demonstrations that align with the unique needs of brokerages, teams, and recruiting leaders. Through consistent outreach—20 to 40 calls per day—you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and SalesLoft, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship nurturing. You will deliver compelling online demos via Zoom and represent ShowingTime+ at industry events and client meetings to increase visibility and credibility.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to influence go-to-market strategies, provide customer insights, and enhance overall customer success. By managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, you will consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, directly contributing to revenue growth and market penetration. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution will be key to scaling ShowingTime+’s impact across the real estate ecosystem.
- • The ShowingTime+ team is a diverse, driven, and innovative group within Zillow Group, backed by nearly two decades of industry expertise and the resources of a market-leading real estate platform. Operating with a startup mentality but supported by enterprise-scale infrastructure, the team is dedicated to shaping the future of real estate through high-impact products and exceptional customer support. You will join a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and your growth is actively encouraged.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in real estate technology sales, enterprise account management, and consultative selling. You will sharpen your skills in pipeline development, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven sales execution while gaining exposure to cutting-edge proptech solutions. Success in this role can lead to accelerated career progression within Zillow Group’s sales organization, including paths toward sales leadership, strategic account management, or specialization in high-growth verticals within real estate technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player across functions such as marketing, product, and customer success to achieve shared goals.
- • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences professionally via phone, webinar, and in-person settings.
- • Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with a positive attitude, sense of humor, and commitment to continuous learning and growth.
- • Background in real estate sales, particularly with large brokerages or recruiting-focused sales organizations, is preferred.
- • Experience selling into enterprise or multi-stakeholder accounts, involving complex decision-making processes and long sales cycles.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base pay with location-specific ranges (e.g., $31.10–$49.70/hour in select states like CA, NY, and WA; $29.60–$47.20/hour in others like CO, IL, and OH), plus eligibility for incentive compensation and equity awards based on performance and experience.
- • Opportunity to work remotely from any location within the United States (with limited exceptions), allowing flexibility to choose your ideal work environment while contributing to a national team.
- • Access to Zillow Group’s comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans with company match, paid time off, and parental leave.
- • Recognition as part of a FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® (2025) and PEOPLE Companies That Care® (2025) honoree, reflecting a commitment to an inclusive, innovative, and supportive workplace culture.
- • Professional development opportunities, including exposure to cross-functional initiatives, industry events, and internal mobility paths within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on transforming real estate through technology.
