📋 Description

• Senior Account Executive role focused on building Airwallex's commercial presence in Mexico by owning the full outbound sales cycle for SME and growth segment clients.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, managing end-to-end sales processes, delivering product demos, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for Mexican businesses.
• Join a global fintech leader valued at US$8 billion with over 2,200 employees across 26 offices, powering financial infrastructure for companies like Brex, Rippling, Qantas, and SHEIN.
• Opportunity to shape market entry strategy in a high-growth emerging market, develop deep expertise in cross-border payments and FX, and grow professionally through ownership of complex, high-visibility deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of outbound sales in Banking, Fintech, or Payments.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in outbound B2B sales, particularly in e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS/Technology verticals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (fluency required).
• Proficiency in Google Suite and sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strategic thinker able to drive partnership conversations and solution-oriented selling with a 'Figure It Out' (FIO) attitude.
