- • Senior Account Executive role focused on driving growth by sourcing, opening, and closing new business with property management companies in the Southeast territory.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning territory strategy, conducting high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, in-person visits), running full-cycle sales processes, building relationships with key decision makers, educating partners on Apartment List’s platform (including AI leasing solutions), collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Gong, and supporting post-close implementation.
- • Apartment List is transforming the rental experience by matching renters with homes and helping properties fill units with the right residents, backed by strong growth and a vision to shape the future of renting.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in multifamily SaaS and AI leasing solutions, master full-cycle sales in a high-activity environment, build a scalable pipeline, and position yourself as a trusted advisor—earning uncapped commissions while contributing to a high-performing team with proven quota attainment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in field, territory, or outside sales
- • Understanding of the multifamily industry and experience selling into regional/national portfolios (highly preferred)
- • Experience selling SaaS or AI products with ability to articulate value and drive adoption
- • Proven success hitting and exceeding quota in a high-activity, pipeline-driven environment
- • Strong consultative selling skills including discovery, objection handling, multithreading, and negotiation
- • Detail-oriented, competitive, proactive mindset with an 'own your business' approach
- • Experience with Salesforce is a plus; ability to learn proprietary tools quickly
- • Systematic, disciplined sales approach to build pipeline, run structured processes, and close new business
