- • Senior Account Executive at Supernal AI, part of Infinity Constellation Technologies Inc., is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on owning and closing complex, relationship-driven deals valued at $250K–$500K+. This role is critical to Supernal’s go-to-market strategy, as it leverages trusted networks—clients, investors, and operators—to drive meaningful revenue growth through deep executive engagement rather than volume-based selling. The incumbent will operate with significant autonomy, acting as the central orchestrator of deal strategy while representing the company in senior-level conversations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading full-cycle sales processes for high-value opportunities, from initial discovery and solution shaping to proposal development, negotiation, and close. The role requires building trust rapidly with C-suite stakeholders, leveraging warm introductions from partners and investors, and representing Supernal independently at industry events and executive meetings. Post-close, the Account Executive drives land-and-expand growth by identifying expansion opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and developing strategic points of view on where additional AI-driven value can be unlocked within client organizations.
- • The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders—including the CRO, CEO, and functional leaders—to ensure solution alignment and delivery readiness without sacrificing deal momentum. The Account Executive acts as the central owner of deal strategy and client communication, bringing in the right experts at the right time while maintaining control of the sales process. Success is measured by closing 2–4 high-value deals in the first 12 months, building a sustainable pipeline from network and event engagement, and successfully expanding 1–2 accounts within the year.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in professional services, consulting, or complex solution sales
- • Proven track record of closing $500K+ deals, ideally in trust-based, relationship-driven environments
- • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales processes for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders
- • Experience with land-and-expand sales motions and post-sale account growth strategies
- • Ability to independently represent the company externally and orchestrate internal resources to support deal success
