- • **Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR):** You will own the entire post-sales lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of high-value accounts, with a primary focus on ensuring exceptional customer retention and identifying proactive opportunities for expansion.
- • **Strategic Upselling and Expansion:** Your mandate will be to uncover and cultivate new use cases within existing accounts. This involves navigating complex organizational structures, building strong relationships across multiple departments, and strategically positioning AirOps to gain broader adoption across more teams within these enterprise clients.
- • **Lead Transformative Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):** Go beyond superficial check-ins. You will orchestrate and lead in-depth QBRs that demonstrably showcase the tangible Return on Investment (ROI) of AirOps, using data-driven insights to align our platform's capabilities with the customer's overarching, long-term business objectives and strategic goals.
- • **Become an AI and Product Expert:** You are expected to remain at the absolute forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. This requires a deep understanding of the nuances of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI workflows, enabling you to expertly guide customers on how to optimize their "AirOps stack" for maximum efficiency and impact.
- • **Serve as the Voice of the Customer:** Act as a critical conduit and advocate, bridging the gap between our valued users and our dedicated Product Engineering teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring that AirOps is continuously evolving and building features that directly address the market's needs and support customer scale.
- • **Develop Deep Customer Relationships:** Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, from end-users to executive sponsors, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how AirOps provides a durable competitive advantage.
- • **Proactive Problem Solving:** Anticipate potential customer challenges and proactively develop solutions, ensuring a seamless and highly valuable experience with the AirOps platform.
- • **Onboarding and Adoption:** While not solely responsible for initial onboarding, you will play a key role in ensuring successful adoption and ongoing engagement, identifying opportunities for deeper integration and utilization.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to share customer insights, advocate for customer needs, and contribute to the overall success of AirOps.
- • **Contribute to Best Practices:** Help define and refine best practices for account management within a high-growth SaaS environment, sharing your expertise and contributing to team development.
- • **Master the AirOps Platform:** Develop an intimate understanding of the AirOps platform's capabilities, features, and benefits, enabling you to articulate its value proposition effectively to diverse audiences.
- • **Understand the AI Content Landscape:** Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and the evolving needs of marketing teams in the age of AI, positioning AirOps as the indispensable solution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Strategic Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
- • Proven history of managing $2M - $5M books of business with consistent expansion results.
- • Deep familiarity with the modern data and AI landscape, with a strong curiosity and passion for generative AI and LLMs.
- • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-breaking environment, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- • A commercial mindset with a proven track record of hitting expansion targets and maintaining high retention rates.
