This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in driving significant revenue growth and fostering deep, executive-level relationships within the medical device or related contract manufacturing industries. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing multi-year strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with Integer’s overarching growth objectives and delivering integrated solutions that address complex customer needs.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture robust relationships with senior executives, including Vice Presidents and C-suite stakeholders, at major Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your industry expertise and understanding of Integer’s capabilities to provide insightful solutions that drive long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. This involves proactively identifying opportunities for revenue expansion, ensuring customer retention, and leading complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms that meet both customer expectations and Integer’s profitability targets, while strictly adhering to compliance requirements.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves deep engagement with market intelligence. You will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing feedback on market trends, competitive landscapes, and forecasting data. This intelligence will be crucial in informing product development roadmaps and refining commercial strategies. You will collaborate closely with leadership to shape effective pricing strategies and implement robust risk management protocols for large-scale deals, ensuring the financial health and strategic positioning of Integer.
  • • Beyond individual account management, you will contribute to the development of our sales talent. This includes mentoring and guiding Account Managers, providing them with strategic direction on advanced selling techniques, negotiation tactics, and effective account development strategies. You will also be expected to lead cross-functional teams, orchestrating efforts across various departments to swiftly resolve customer challenges and ensure the delivery of unparalleled service and support. This leadership extends to ensuring strict adherence to Integer’s core values, regulatory mandates, and stringent quality standards throughout all customer interactions and operational processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics, providing clear and concise updates during business reviews with senior leadership.
