  • • As a Senior Account Manager at Aurora Solar Inc., you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention, adoption, and expansion by connecting Aurora’s solar software solutions to their business goals and ensuring they achieve measurable returns on investment.
  • • You will lead renewals and commercial negotiations, develop strategic account plans, build pipeline through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, use product usage data and customer insights to forecast growth and mitigate churn risk, and lead executive business reviews that align on adoption milestones and ROI.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Implementation, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and co-create solutions that meet evolving needs in the solar and clean energy markets.

  • • The Account Management team partners with customers post-sale to ensure they achieve meaningful business outcomes with the Aurora platform, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion by aligning software capabilities with customer growth strategies across residential and commercial solar markets.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS account management within the climate tech space, strengthen your strategic and commercial acumen, master data-driven customer success strategies, and build executive-level relationships that directly contribute to Aurora’s mission and your professional growth in a high-impact, purpose-led organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within SaaS, energy technology, or a related field
  • • A proven track record of growing a customer portfolio through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • • Strong commercial acumen, including experience negotiating contracts, renewals, and pricing structures
  • • The ability to build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders and navigate complex customer organizations
  • • Experience using data and customer insights to drive adoption, identify risk, and develop account growth strategies
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you work well across teams and make things happen
  • • Strong organizational discipline, including managing pipeline and renewals in CRM systems like Salesforce
