- • Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise-level clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships through proactive support and strategic guidance.
- • Gain deep understanding of each client’s business model, hiring processes, goals, KPIs, and operational workflows to tailor service delivery and drive value.
- • Develop and maintain detailed account and project plans outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and progress metrics for each client.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and recommending innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.
- • Engage with client stakeholders across all levels, including procurement teams, operations leaders, and C-suite executives, to influence decision-making and secure renewals or upsells.
- • Track, analyze, and report on sales trends, revenue performance, and competitive threats within assigned accounts to inform strategy and mitigate risks.
- • Consistently meet or exceed defined revenue targets and account growth objectives through proactive account management and business development.
- • Ensure all services delivered align with client expectations, contractual obligations, and internal KPIs, maintaining high standards of service quality.
- • Lead and deliver comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that showcase service performance, ROI, and actionable recommendations to strengthen client relationships.
- • Prepare for and follow up on key client engagements including presentations, site visits, strategy sessions, and contract negotiations.
- • Clearly articulate DISA’s service offerings, pricing structures, and implementation processes in a manner that resonates with client priorities and business outcomes.
- • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve systemic client issues through root cause analysis and coordinated implementation of corrective actions.
- • Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, billing, technology, and customer service—to align on client needs and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- • Manage and escalate client concerns related to operations, billing, or service delivery, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, meetings, and activities within Salesforce CRM.
- • Share and champion account management best practices across the Client Success team to elevate overall performance and consistency.
- • Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- • Minimum of 5 years of account management, client success, or related experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
- • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and C-suite executives
- • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed
