- • Vetcove is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Account Manager to play a pivotal role in modernizing the veterinary software industry and enhancing the pet parent healthcare experience. This role is crucial for developing, maintaining, and expanding our relationships with key veterinary hospital consolidators, thereby leading Vetcove's strategic initiatives in this significant market segment. By focusing on the needs of these large veterinary groups, you will directly contribute to Vetcove's mission of empowering veterinary organizations to prioritize patient care through advanced technology solutions. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the future of animal health, a multi-billion dollar industry, and reinforcing Vetcove's position as a fast-growing, mission-driven company backed by prominent investors.
- • As a Senior Account Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and strategic. You will be the primary point of contact and a trusted partner for our existing and prospective corporate hospital group partners. A core part of your role involves deeply understanding their evolving needs and translating these insights into actionable strategies that inform both Vetcove's long-term company direction and our product development roadmap. This includes proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen our competitive standing among the largest veterinary consolidators by developing new strategic relationships and nurturing existing ones. You will be tasked with designing and leading Vetcove’s overarching corporate accounts strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. A significant aspect of your work will involve positioning yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within these named accounts, fostering and maintaining robust, long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual success. You will craft compelling narratives and demonstrate tangible customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-points, utilizing both phone and on-site meetings to effectively communicate our value proposition. Furthermore, you will develop proficiency in systematically collecting ongoing customer product feedback, establishing an effective feedback loop that directly influences our product development strategy and ensures we are meeting the dynamic needs of the veterinary market. A methodical approach to strategic planning for each of your owned accounts is essential; you will create detailed roadmaps that guide customers toward achieving their specific platform goals, driving account growth, and ensuring their overall success with Vetcove. Staying keenly attuned to the veterinary consolidation market and understanding how Vetcove can adapt to shifts in market dynamics will be critical for long-term success. You will also actively nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators, ensuring they fully grasp Vetcove’s value proposition and how our solutions can integrate into their long-term strategic plans.
