  • • As a Senior Account Manager (Enterprise) at Cryptio SAS, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our most significant and strategic customer relationships. Based in New York City, your primary focus will be on driving commercial success within a dedicated portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction, identifying avenues for growth, and fostering strong executive-level engagement. This role is fundamentally commercial, centered on securing renewals and uncovering expansion opportunities, rather than solely focusing on customer support or project management.
  • • You will take ownership of the commercial strategy for your assigned accounts, meticulously developing and executing account plans. This involves comprehensive stakeholder mapping to understand the organizational landscape, conducting whitespace analysis to identify untapped potential, defining clear success criteria that align with customer objectives, and creating mutual action plans that outline a shared path to value realization. Your ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable, outcome-based commercial strategies will be paramount.
  • • A key responsibility will be to lead and close expansion opportunities, encompassing both upsell and cross-sell initiatives. This will be achieved through close collaboration with internal teams, including Enterprise Success Consultants, Sales Solution Consultants, and Advisory Solution Consultants, ensuring a unified approach to maximizing account value.
  • • Driving net revenue retention is a critical objective. You will achieve this through proactive and strategic renewal execution, diligently identifying potential risks within accounts, and implementing structured mitigation plans to safeguard and grow revenue. Your foresight and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining strong customer partnerships and financial performance.
  • • You will be responsible for orchestrating and leading executive-level governance meetings. This includes conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), facilitating steering committee meetings, engaging in innovation and roadmap discussions, and effectively managing any escalations that may arise, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  • • Acting as the internal 'voice of the customer' is a vital aspect of this role. You will champion customer needs and feedback, advocating for product improvements, enhanced customer experiences, and scalable solutions that address the evolving demands of our enterprise clients.
  • • Maintaining impeccable standards of forecasting accuracy, account hygiene, and disciplined CRM usage within HubSpot is expected. This rigorous approach to data management ensures transparency and informs strategic decision-making.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in mentoring Associate and mid-level Account Managers. By sharing your expertise in enterprise account strategy, negotiation tactics, and operating cadences, you will contribute to the development and success of the broader account management team.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with some of the most influential and complex organizations in the crypto space, including leading banks, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and pioneering DeFi innovators. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise Account Management, or equivalent renewals and expansion roles within B2B SaaS.
  • • Proven track record of owning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, demonstrating success in renewals, multi-stakeholder expansions, and executive engagement.
  • • Ability to comfortably engage with technical products and teams, effectively translating technical complexity into tangible business outcomes and value propositions.
  • • Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in value selling, negotiation, navigating procurement and legal cycles, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrated operational rigor, including accurate forecasting, consistent account planning cadence, and excellent CRM hygiene (preferably HubSpot).
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a confident executive presence suitable for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Must be based in the New York City metropolitan area, with the flexibility to travel for customer meetings as needed.
