📋 Description

• As a Senior Account Manager, Commercial + at Vanta, you will take ownership of the expansion and retention of some of Vanta’s largest APJ customers, serving as the primary point of contact for post-sales commercial conversations including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
• You will develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment on customer health and strategic initiatives.
• Vanta is a mission-driven company focused on helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification, with a kind and talented team that values diverse backgrounds and inclusive practices.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise account management, develop strategic account plans, master Vanta’s product offerings and roadmap, and contribute directly to net revenue retention and expansion goals while growing your influence across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Account Management, full cycle sales, or related roles
• Strong ability to prospect and drive expansion pipeline from a set book of current customers
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for both internal and customer-facing audiences
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust
• Able to effectively collaborate with a wide range of departments including CS, Marketing, Enablement, and Support
• Previous experience in security and compliance is highly desirable (not required)
