📋 Description

• • Senior Account Manager (Fully Remote) responsible for managing a book of business in the Columbia, SC region with a focus on large accounts in Hospitality, Private Equity, and Property lines, ensuring account retention and supporting new business growth.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; managing policy expirations and renewals; conducting client research, preparing submissions, negotiating coverages, and presenting proposals; monitoring accounts receivable and collecting outstanding balances; maintaining agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy; monitoring activity/suspense for timely completion; maintaining transparent communication with the account team regarding workload and issues; delivering excellent service by anticipating needs and responding quickly; staying updated on company policies; seeking and adopting best practices for continuous improvement; and championing IOA values through integrity and leadership.
