• • As a Senior Account Manager - Grocery at Deliveroo, you will act as the primary consultant for strategic grocery and retail partners, driving growth and profitability through data-led insights and long-term relationship management in a fast-paced, global commercial environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-volume grocery partners, using data analysis to identify growth opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, and ensuring operational excellence by resolving complex partner issues with scalable solutions.
• • You will join Deliveroo’s Commercial team, which sits at the heart of the marketplace, shaping partnerships with restaurants, grocers, and emerging verticals worldwide, now operating as part of DoorDash with expanded global reach and collaboration across Wolt and DoorDash teams.
• • In this role, you will develop strategic consulting skills, deepen your expertise in the grocery and FMCG sectors, enhance your data-driven decision-making abilities, and grow your leadership in commercial partnership management within a high-impact, entrepreneurial culture.
