- • Become an integral part of a passionate group of four Account Managers based in NYC, dedicated to solving complex challenges, engaging with customers face-to-face, and representing DataDome at key industry events.
- • Contribute to a collaborative environment committed to maximizing protection across every attack surface and throughout the entire customer journey.
- • As DataDome continues its global expansion, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional value and robust security to our diverse clientele.
- • This senior-level position reports directly to the US Manager, Account Management, and will be responsible for a high-impact portfolio of accounts, including prestigious names such as Best Western, AllTrails, Saks, Etsy, SoundCloud, and Petco.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers achieve their strategic objectives by effectively leveraging the DataDome solution.
- • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their entire lifecycle and fostering a superior customer experience.
- • You will be instrumental in securing 100% of contract renewals, demonstrating the ongoing value and effectiveness of DataDome's offerings.
- • Proactively identify and cultivate customer satisfaction to promote and trigger expansion opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- • Expand customers' revenue streams by introducing and integrating additional DataDome products and services that align with their evolving needs.
- • Develop a deep understanding of your assigned accounts, including their core business operations, unique challenges, and specific objectives related to bot protection.
- • Guide your customers seamlessly through each stage of the DataDome customer journey, initiating the right next steps to accelerate value realization and aligning platform adoption with their internal goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- • Cultivate a strong base of referenceable users within your accounts, transforming satisfied clients into vocal promoters and enthusiastic DataDome ambassadors.
- • Nurture champions within client organizations and actively engage them in co-authoring compelling customer success stories, participating in speaker engagements, and sharing valuable feedback and experiences on peer-to-peer review platforms like G2.com.
- • Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers to assess the maturity of customer adoption, identify any potential blockers, and implement tailored action plans designed to significantly increase platform utilization and ROI.
- • Proactively anticipate and mitigate any threats or risk zones that could impede customers from achieving their goals, maintaining satisfaction, or renewing their contracts, developing comprehensive risk mitigation plans or escalating issues as necessary.
- • Own the complete renewal process, from initial discovery and strategic planning through negotiation and final close, ensuring timely contract signatures and adeptly identifying upsell levers based on demonstrable customer value and achieved outcomes.
- • Drive both the renewal and expansion motions with a holistic approach, encompassing discovery, negotiation, and closing, to secure timely renewals and strategically identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver clear, added value and address evolving customer needs.
