Our proprietary methodology, Customer Generation, is central to our approach, prioritizing the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers over traditional metrics like Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • • Reporting directly to the Associate Director, this role is a critical component of our social media team. You will be instrumental in shaping high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies for B2B businesses, gaining invaluable experience from the ground floor of a thriving specialty agency. This position offers the chance to directly impact client success and contribute to the agency's strategic direction.
  • • As a Senior Account Strategist, you will engage directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients, taking the lead in communicating performance results, developing bespoke strategies, and executing all paid media deliverables. Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of campaign management, from initial strategy formulation to ongoing optimization and reporting. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded.
  • • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • • Overseeing and leading a portfolio of Social Media accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
  • • Serving as the direct and trusted point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • • Conducting weekly communication with vendors and operational partners to ensure seamless task assignment, maintain high work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • • Developing comprehensive, data-driven client strategies on a quarterly basis, tailored to their unique business objectives.
  • • Creating, maintaining, and meticulously optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • • Providing fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our boutique agency.
  • • Developing a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's market positioning, competitive landscape, and unique value propositions.
  • • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lead routing processes within client CRMs.
  • • Maintaining personal productivity and high utilization rates, contributing to overall team efficiency.
  • • Collaborating closely with the Associate Director to ensure both internal and client goals are consistently achieved.
  • • Understanding the strategic value and application of Programmatic campaigns within the broader media mix.
  • • Proactively identifying and driving opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships and your professional network.
  • • Executing and optimizing advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing targeted audiences, and refining targeting parameters to maximize ROI.
  • • Analyzing campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms to derive actionable insights and inform optimization strategies.
  • • Segmenting audiences effectively based on tier, job title, industry, and other relevant criteria to enhance campaign precision.
  • • Translating complex strategy and data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, approaching challenges with both competitive drive and intellectual curiosity.
  • • Staying at the cutting edge of the digital advertising industry, actively seeking opportunities for professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • • Effectively organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and client expectations.
