  • • As a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for B2B SaaS and tech clients by leading paid media strategy and execution that directly impacts SQLs and customer acquisition—moving beyond vanity metrics to deliver real business outcomes.
  • • You will own end-to-end management of a portfolio of mid-tier and enterprise Paid Media accounts, serving as the primary client contact while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure strategic alignment, campaign excellence, and continuous optimization across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels.

  • • In this role, you will develop quarterly paid media strategies tailored to each client’s unique value proposition and market positioning, ensuring budget allocation, campaign structure, and optimization tactics are aligned with business goals and OKRs.
  • • You will lead weekly syncs with clients and operational partners to review performance, discuss deliverables, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain high standards of work quality and accountability.
  • • Beyond execution, you will actively nurture client relationships to drive referrals, uncover cross-sell opportunities for complementary services (SEO, CRO, video), and build long-term partnerships grounded in trust and measurable results.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate lead routing within CRM systems, ensuring marketing efforts translate efficiently into sales opportunities and closed-won revenue.
  • • Personal productivity and utilization are key performance indicators; you will work closely with an Associate Director to balance client delivery, internal goals, and professional growth.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, master advanced PPC techniques across platforms, and influence strategy at the executive level by translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B SaaS/tech clients
  • • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • • Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Excel)
  • • Proven ability to analyze campaign data, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into compelling stories using data and build trust with client executives
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain high utilization and productivity standards
