📋 Description
- • Senior Accountant role at Eight Sleep, a sleep fitness company focused on transforming sleep into a data-driven recovery experience through advanced hardware, software, and AI technology.
- • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements; manage month-end and year-end close; maintain general ledger; perform sales to cash and balance sheet reconciliations; ensure GAAP and tax compliance; support audits and tax filings.
- • Join a high-performance Finance & Accounting team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where innovation, intensity, and ownership are valued; collaborate with FP&A, operations, and cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
- • Develop expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite), process improvement, internal controls, and financial reporting in a high-growth tech environment; gain immediate responsibility and accelerated career growth by owning impactful projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-growth startup, consumer technology, or e-commerce
- • Previous experience in public accounting
- • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
