They also conduct financial benchmarking, ad hoc modeling of competitor and health system performance, and leverage AI and Copilot tools to accelerate research, automate synthesis, and enhance insight accuracy and speed.

The advisor also serves as a thought leader on provider market trends, competitive intelligence best practices, and AI-enabled research methodologies, contributing to organizational learning and innovation.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in healthcare market intelligence, particularly within provider ecosystems, while advancing skills in AI-augmented research, strategic analysis, and executive communication. They will have the opportunity to influence high-stakes business decisions, build cross-functional influence, and establish themselves as a trusted advisor on health system strategy within a Fortune 500 healthcare leader.

- • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information into clear insights.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready deliverables.
- • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.
