• **Drive Strategic Partnerships:** As a Senior Affiliate Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-value partnerships. This includes actively seeking out and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influential traders, vibrant crypto communities, and strategic affiliates who can significantly amplify our brand presence and user acquisition efforts across Poland and the CEE markets. Your role is end-to-end, managing these relationships from initial contact through to sustained, mutually beneficial collaboration.
• **Execute Results-Oriented Campaigns:** You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative affiliate strategies and marketing campaigns. The primary focus will be on driving tangible business outcomes, including increasing trading volumes, acquiring new, high-quality users, and promoting active trading through effective affiliate channels. This requires a data-driven approach, constantly analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
• **Cultivate Strong Relationships:** Building and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with our VIP clients and affiliate partners is paramount. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs, providing support, and ensuring their strategies are aligned with OKX's overarching business objectives. Your ability to foster trust and deliver value will be key to retaining top partners and driving continued engagement.
• **Expand Market Reach:** Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the Polish and CEE markets. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance, or trading industry, with a strong focus on the Polish market.
• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations, particularly within the Eastern European region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
