- • As a Senior Affiliate Growth Manager at Kit Global Inc., you will own the strategy, execution, and scalability of the company’s affiliate program, transforming it into a predictable, high-impact revenue channel that drives creator signups and recurring revenue. This role is central to Kit’s mission of helping creators earn $1 billion through its email-first operating system, where you’ll partner with creators, influencers, media partners, and AI-first publishers to expand reach and monetization.
- • You will lead end-to-end affiliate program management—from recruiting and activating partners across diverse segments (pro affiliates, media, creator partners) to scaling webinar programs, optimizing funnels, and implementing AI-powered automation to reduce manual coordination by at least 50%. Your work will directly contribute to hitting quarterly MRR targets and delivering $1M in new ARR within the first year through data-driven partner recruitment, performance tracking, and scalable systems.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven, 100% remote marketing team led by Christina Lhi, Head of Marketing, collaborating closely with content, social, product marketing, growth, and creator education teams, as well as product and growth counterparts, to ensure affiliate-sourced signups receive an optimized creator experience and that the program aligns with broader company goals.
- • In this role, you’ll develop expertise in affiliate program scalability within the creator economy, mastering PartnerStack administration, AI integration in marketing operations, and webinar-based lead generation—while building documented playbooks and transparent reporting cadences that make the affiliate program a replicable, reliable revenue engine for the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing with a proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs in the creator economy or SaaS
- • Extensive hands-on experience with PartnerStack, including platform administration, partner recruitment, recruitment tools, and analytics reporting
- • Direct experience managing webinar partnership programs that generate measurable leads and revenue, ideally in a recurring revenue business model
