  • • As a Senior Affiliates Manager at Kit Global Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming the company’s affiliate program into a scalable, predictable, and high-impact revenue engine that directly supports Kit’s mission to help creators earn $1 billion through its platform. This role is central to unlocking untapped growth by building authentic, long-term relationships with creators and turning the affiliate channel into a cornerstone of Kit’s customer acquisition strategy.
  • • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the affiliate program — from strategic partner recruitment and activation to engagement, retention, and revenue optimization — working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure affiliate-sourced users have a seamless, high-value experience that fuels sustainable growth.
  • • You’ll join a mission-driven, fully remote team at Kit, a company built by creators for creators, where independence, innovation, and a deep commitment to creator success are core values. The marketing team you’ll collaborate with includes specialists in content, social, product marketing, growth, and creator education, all aligned around empowering creators with tools that work.
  • • In this role, you’ll develop expertise in affiliate program strategy within the creator economy, gain hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation to scale partner operations, and build scalable systems and playbooks that can be replicated across teams — positioning you as a leader in partner-led growth models.
  • • You will begin by auditing the current affiliate program in PartnerStack, identifying segmentation opportunities, and launching quick wins to improve activation and webinar conversion within your first month.
  • • Over the first six months, you’ll execute a strategic plan to recruit and activate partners across creator, media, and AI-first publisher segments, scale the webinar program for better lead quality and conversion, and implement AI-powered systems to cut manual coordination by at least 50%, while establishing transparent metrics and a community-first engagement rhythm.
  • • By the end of year one, you’ll aim to deliver $1M in new ARR from affiliates, diversify the partner mix beyond individual creators, and institutionalize the program through documented playbooks that make it predictable and scalable for future teams.
  • • You’ll foster a sense of community among affiliates by moving beyond transactional outreach to create ongoing touchpoints that celebrate partner wins, address challenges, and make creators feel like valued stakeholders in Kit’s mission.
  • • Your success will be measured not just in revenue, but in the strength of the partner ecosystem you build — one where creators feel genuinely supported, motivated, and eager to promote Kit because they believe in its value.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing, with a proven track record of building or turning around partner programs in SaaS, the creator economy, or related fields.
  • • Demonstrated success in proactive partner recruitment and activation, including direct outreach to creators and the ability to build trust and long-term engagement with diverse partner types.
  • • Experience designing and managing webinar partnership programs that generate measurable leads and revenue, coupled with fluency in funnel optimization across the full affiliate lifecycle.
  • • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to use metrics, dashboards, and testing frameworks to inform decisions — balanced with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • • Deep understanding of creator motivations and community-building instincts, with a track record of creating engagement strategies that treat affiliates as a community, not just a channel.
  • • Experience with PartnerStack is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms is essential.
