📋 Description

• Senior Agile Delivery Lead at MOO Inc., a global print and digital products company with over 400 employees, driving agile transformation to enhance delivery efficiency and product innovation across international teams in London, Dagenham, Boston, East Providence, and Denver.
• Day to day, you will lead agile ceremonies, coach cross-functional teams in Scrum and Kanban practices, remove impediments, improve delivery predictability, and collaborate with product, engineering, and design leads to align sprint goals with business outcomes.
• MOO is a creative, fast-growing company known for blending print innovation with digital experiences, serving clients from global brands to independent artists, with a culture rooted in creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise agile scaling, influence organizational change, mentor emerging agile practitioners, and contribute to MOO’s mission of redefining how businesses connect through tangible and digital design.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead in a technology or product-driven environment
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, with ability to tailor practices to team and organizational context
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to guide high-performing, cross-functional teams
