- • As a Senior AI Business Process Engineer at Tiger Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how Fortune 100 companies leverage AI by redesigning core business processes to be automation- and AI-ready, directly enabling data-driven decision-making at scale.
- • You will lead end-to-end process discovery, redesign, and implementation initiatives using BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling, ensuring processes are scalable, compliant, and integrated with enterprise data foundations to unlock the full potential of AI agents and decision automation.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align process redesigns with semantic data models, drive adoption through agile reporting, and establish governance frameworks that ensure long-term process ownership and continuous improvement.
- • You will use process mining and analytics tools like Camunda Optimize to measure performance, validate business value, and iteratively refine processes based on real-world usage and feedback loops.
- • You will advocate for practical AI integration by demonstrating how redesigned workflows augment human decision-making, positioning Tiger Analytics as a leader in responsible, value-driven AI adoption for enterprise clients.
- • You will contribute to building a comprehensive enterprise process landscape by cataloging redesigned processes as strategic assets, informing future AI and automation roadmaps across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, BPM, or process optimization.
- • Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling, with hands-on experience designing and deploying models directly in Camunda 8 (Zeebe) as the source of truth for delivery.
- • Proven track record of successful automation and agentic AI deliverables, including experience with RPA, IDP, OCR, NLP, or ML integration.
- • Strong stakeholder facilitation, backlog management, and progress reporting skills in agile, cross-functional environments.
- • Working knowledge of data modeling principles (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and ability to collaborate with data teams to align processes with semantic data models and define measurable KPIs.
