- • As a Senior AI Business Process Engineer at Tiger Analytics Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming core business processes through AI-driven automation, directly enabling Fortune 100 clients to unlock measurable value from their data assets by reimagining workflows for scalability, intelligence, and execution readiness.
- • You will lead end-to-end process discovery, redesign, and implementation initiatives—capturing current-state workflows, modeling future-state BPMN 2.0 and DMN processes, integrating deterministic and probabilistic decision automation with AI agents, and ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards via the company’s semantic data model to drive adoption and business impact.
- • You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, data engineers, and external vendors to ensure redesigned processes are compliant, secure, and seamlessly integrated into enterprise systems while maintaining rigorous governance, PII controls, and process ownership frameworks across departments.
- • You will establish continuous improvement loops by leveraging process mining and analytics tools (e.g., Camunda Optimize) to monitor performance, measure adoption, quantify business value realization, and iteratively refine processes based on feedback and outcomes.
- • You will contribute to building a centralized enterprise process landscape by cataloging redesigned processes as reusable assets, informing AI and automation roadmaps, and advocating for practical AI adoption by demonstrating how augmented decision-making enhances human capabilities rather than replacing them.
- • You will operate within Tiger Analytics’ Data Solutions team—a high-impact, fast-growing unit recognized by Forrester and Gartner for its expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics—where your work will directly influence the company’s reputation as a trusted analytics partner for global enterprises.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-ready process engineering, master Camunda 8 (Zeebe) for executable BPMN/DMN modeling, strengthen your ability to bridge business and technology through stakeholder facilitation and negotiation, and gain hands-on experience aligning process redesign with semantic data models, data literacy, and AI agent integration—positioning you as a leader in the emerging field of intelligent process automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, business process management (BPM), or process optimization.
- • Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling, including hands-on experience designing and deploying executable models directly in Camunda 8 (Zeebe) as the source of truth for delivery.
- • Proven track record of successful automation and agentic AI deliverables, with strong curiosity and passion for applying AI thoughtfully to business processes where value is added.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology, manage backlogs, report progress in agile environments, and navigate differing priorities through negotiation and collaboration.
- • Working knowledge of data modeling principles (dimensions/facts, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and ability to collaborate with data engineers and analysts to specify datasets, define metrics, validate results, and ensure alignment with semantic data models.
