📋 Description

• • As a Senior AI Engineer at Doctolib, you will build AI-powered tools that revolutionize how healthcare professionals deliver care, focusing on Doctolib Assistant—an AI personal assistant designed to assist doctors and medical staff with complex medical questions and administrative task automation.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, shipping, and operating production-grade agentic systems; building and improving AI agents and orchestration systems; partnering with data scientists on evaluation pipelines and safety guardrails; developing core agentic capabilities like memory, reasoning orchestration, and multi-agent coordination; owning performance, observability, and security; ensuring privacy and security by design for medical data; and contributing to fullstack development when needed to deliver end-to-end features.
• • You will join the Customer Care Contact team within the Business Performance domain at Doctolib, a company dedicated to building innovative products that improve the daily lives of care teams and patients through a cloud-native platform supporting web and mobile interfaces across multiple languages and healthcare specialties.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI agent systems, production ML lifecycle management, and secure, observable AI infrastructure while guiding technical tradeoffs and contributing to impactful healthcare technology used by medical professionals across Europe.
