Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• • As the first Senior AI Platform Engineer at eLEND Solutions, you will take ownership of the company’s agentic AI platform, driving it from proof-of-concept to enterprise-grade production system. This role is critical to enabling intelligent automation across the lending lifecycle, including underwriting, document processing, compliance, and customer interactions, while ensuring governance, safety, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated financial environment.
• • You will design and implement multi-agent orchestration pipelines using Semantic Kernel and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, expand Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI integrations, build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Graph-based RAG pipelines, develop document intelligence workflows with Azure AI Document Intelligence, and establish engineering standards for agent lifecycle management, monitoring, and scaling. You will also implement AI guardrails, safety controls, and compliance frameworks aligned with lending regulations such as ECOA, FCRA, TILA, and RESPA.
