🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, covering sourcing through onboarding.

- • Experience hiring within a tech startup or for agencies serving tech startups, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- • Proven track record of utilizing data to validate hiring success and enhance the hiring lifecycle.
