📋 Description
- • Senior AI Research Scientist role focused on advancing AI capabilities within Workato’s enterprise orchestration platform, driving innovation in workflow-aware AI systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include exploring workflow-aware planning, cost-optimized RAG, tool-use evaluation, and multi-agent collaboration; prototyping and benchmarking models; collaborating with Product and Engineering to ship research-backed features; and contributing to open-source projects and authoring technical blogs.

🎯 Requirements
- • MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- • Hands-on experience with PyTorch/JAX and modern LLM frameworks.
- • Strong publication record in top-tier ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or demonstrable impactful experimental work, including experience with large-scale model training, transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and CUDA.
- • Curiosity-driven, self-directed mindset with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- • Team player who actively welcomes feedback and engages in knowledge sharing.
