- • Senior AI Solutions Engineer at Neuron7.ai, responsible for owning the full customer journey from onboarding to production deployment of LogIQ, the company’s AI-powered resolution intelligence platform that enables enterprises to resolve complex operational issues faster through reactive and proactive log analysis.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning multi-tenant environments, configuring real-time log ingestion pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.), tuning anomaly detection and RCA agents, building custom log parsers and data connectors, developing LangGraph-based agent tools, creating customer-specific demos, and contributing directly to the core platform codebase through bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- • The role sits within a fast-growing AI engineering team building LogIQ, a multi-tenant agentic platform used by telecom, industrial controls, and IT infrastructure customers globally, combining reactive case analysis with proactive streaming monitoring to reduce mean-time-to-resolution (MTTR).
- • The engineer will gain deep expertise in LLM-powered agent systems, streaming analytics, enterprise AI deployment, and domain-specific operational intelligence while influencing product direction through direct customer feedback and code contributions to a production AI platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of production Python experience with asyncio, FastAPI, Pydantic v2, and SQLAlchemy 2.0
- • Hands-on experience building or operating LLM-powered agent pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
- • Working knowledge of at least one streaming or log-shipping technology (Kafka, Kinesis, Fluentd, Logstash, syslog-ng, etc.)
