- • Senior Alliances Manager role focused on developing and supporting New Relic's go-to-market efforts for strategic alliance relationships with partners in Japan, directly impacting long-term sales strategy and regional success.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing long-term vision and goals for channel partnerships, owning strategic plans with cross-functional support, building relationships with key partner executives and field leaders, executing go-to-market activities such as field events and campaigns, supporting quarterly business reviews, measuring partner performance against growth metrics, and collaborating with global teams across sales, marketing, product, pre-sales, services, and support.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in software and IT industry focused on business development, strategic alliance, and building partner ecosystems
- • Experience with direct and indirect sales and go-to-market initiatives involving SaaS platforms
- • Demonstrated vitality to proactively sell to alliance partners' go-to-market teams
- • Fluency in Japanese with business-level English proficiency
- • Experience selling to IT services companies, especially MSP providers
- • Experience working with partners' executives to build strategic programs and lead quarterly business review processes
