- • As a Senior Alliances Manager at Workato, you will drive strategic partnerships with private equity firms and consultancies across North America, positioning Workato as the preferred Orchestration and Agentic partner in the market.
- • Your day-to-day will involve designing and executing go-to-market strategies, enabling partners with training and resources, identifying and onboarding new partners, collaborating with sales and customer success teams to drive revenue, and building executive-level relationships at top PE firms and consultancies.
- • Workato is a leader in enterprise orchestration, trusted by 400,000 global customers, recognized by Forbes’ Cloud 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 500, and Quartz as a top workplace, fostering a flexible, trust-oriented culture that values innovation, ownership, and work-life balance.
- • In this role, you will develop joint business plans, monitor partner performance, provide market intelligence, lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, and establish thought leadership in integration and automation — directly impacting Workato’s market expansion and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or enterprise sales within the SaaS industry
- • Proven track record of developing and managing large strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth
- • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events
