  • • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with private equity firms and consultancy partners across North America, including co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
  • • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand Workato’s market reach and revenue potential within the private equity and consulting sectors.
  • • Drive partner enablement by providing training, resources, and support to ensure partners can effectively sell and promote Workato’s integration and automation platform.
  • • Collaborate closely with Workato’s sales and customer success teams to identify and pursue new logo and expansion revenue opportunities through joint partner initiatives.
  • • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at large private equity firms and consultancies to secure commitment and alignment with Workato’s platform.
  • • Develop joint business plans with partners that align with Workato’s strategic goals and drive mutual growth and revenue outcomes.
  • • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders to optimize partnership effectiveness.
  • • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the SaaS, automation, and private equity ecosystems to inform partnership strategy.
  • • Serve as a thought leader to partners on integration and automation best practices, helping them build world-class practices around Workato’s platform.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment, support, and seamless execution of partner-facing initiatives.
  • • Travel as required to meet with partners, attend industry events, and conduct in-person collaboration sessions to strengthen relationships and drive deal momentum.
  • • Maintain a disciplined, autonomous, and results-driven approach to managing a complex portfolio of enterprise partnerships with high accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • • Leverage a consultative sales approach to negotiate partnership agreements, align incentives, and close strategic collaborations that deliver measurable business impact.
  • • Apply strong analytical skills to assess partner performance, market opportunities, and ROI of partnership activities to guide data-driven decision-making.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels, from partner executives to internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and shared objectives.
  • • Represent Workato as the preferred orchestration and agentic automation partner within the private equity and consulting partner community.
