- • Senior Analyst II - FNSS at Flashpoint Intel Inc. is a remote U.S.-based role focused on applying intelligence expertise and Chinese language proficiency to safeguard against evolving cyber and geopolitical threats within the Flashpoint National Security Solutions team.
- • Day to day, the analyst will manage individual responsibilities autonomously while partnering on sophisticated projects, conduct cyber investigations and open-source intelligence gathering, evaluate raw information for reliability and importance, develop patterns and keywords in Flashpoint software to prioritize critical data signals, draft original blog content for leadership review, conduct peer reviews of intelligence reports, mentor junior colleagues, and lead internal initiatives as a subject matter expert.
- • Flashpoint is a pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence, delivering unparalleled depth, breadth, and speed of data from highly relevant sources through its Ignite platform, empowering commercial enterprises and government agencies to confront complex security challenges, reduce risk, and improve operational resilience across cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection.
- • In this role, the analyst will achieve full onboarding and integration within 30 days, become familiar with all Flashpoint processes and comfortable taking on additional tasks by 60 days, and by 90 days conduct independent investigations, publish findings on the Flashpoint intelligence platform, build cross-team relationships, and gain confidence in handling day-to-day deliverables autonomously or collaboratively.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bilingual fluency in Chinese, including the ability to interpret simplified and traditional characters
- • A comprehensive grasp of Chinese geopolitical dynamics, digital subcultures, and threat actor behaviors
- • Extensive experience conducting cyber investigations and open-source intelligence gathering
- • Proficiency with command line interfaces and scripting languages for automating tasks and managing large datasets
- • Exceptional skills in communication and presentation, with a focus on delivering complex findings to diverse stakeholders
