- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning Visier platform administration such as metric management, tagging, configuration cleanup, and content organization to maintain a clean and trustworthy analytics environment; building and maintaining self-service dashboards and reports following PIA’s Content Development Lifecycle (scope → validate → build → review → pilot → release); supporting the data pipeline from Workday through Snowflake to Visier by communicating required transformations, troubleshooting data load issues, and ensuring data additions are properly implemented; owning systematic data validation processes by comparing Visier metrics against Workday source-of-truth data to ensure accuracy and integrity; managing recurring tasks like survey data processing, routine reporting, and platform maintenance; collaborating with People Technology and Data Engineering teams on data integration and pipeline improvements; contributing to the evaluation and tuning of Visier Vee and other AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate content development, documentation, and process automation; and gradually taking on deeper analytical work in insight generation as a secondary responsibility.
- • The PIA team at ServiceTitan is building the first end-to-end people analytics solution to transform the trades industry, operating at the intersection of HR, data, and technology. This role sits within a innovative, mission-driven organization that values data integrity, user-centric design, and cross-functional partnership, offering exposure to cutting-edge HR tech and enterprise-scale analytics infrastructure.
- • In this role, the analyst will develop deep expertise in Visier administration, HR data governance, and enterprise BI pipeline management while gaining experience in scaling self-service analytics platforms. Over time, there is opportunity to grow into more advanced analytical work, including predictive modeling and insight storytelling, supported by access to AI tools, mentorship, and professional development resources. Success in this role means enabling HR leaders and business partners to make confident, data-driven decisions about talent, performance, and workforce planning.
🎯 Requirements

- • Strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proven stakeholder management experience.
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of an organization and build strong relationships.
- • Self-starter with a high level of discretion when handling highly sensitive/confidential data.
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology).
