- • As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Billing Operations at Zillow Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient billing of Zillow’s enterprise product suite, directly supporting the company’s financial health and scalability through precision, automation, and continuous improvement.
- • Day to day, you will execute end-to-end billing processes in Zuora, manage complex billing workbooks in Zuora and Excel, create and update subscriptions aligned with customer agreements, manage billing case intake and triage in Salesforce, perform system reconciliations, partner with IT and Finance on system upgrades, identify AI and automation opportunities to improve billing accuracy, and mentor junior team members to foster operational excellence.
- • You will be part of the Revenue Billing Operations team, a cross-functional group that partners with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Support to solve billing challenges impacting financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience, all while driving process improvements and system enhancements.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise billing systems like Zuora and Salesforce, strengthen your analytical and process improvement skills, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration and mentorship, and contribute to scalable automation initiatives that enhance billing accuracy and operational insights—positioning you for growth in finance operations, revenue management, or billing systems leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B billing operations with success managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- • Advanced experience with Zuora, including subscription management, billing rules, invoicing workflows, and workbook management
- • Experience using Salesforce for billing case intake, triage, escalation tracking, and cross-functional issue resolution
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail across large datasets and complex billing scenarios
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex billing issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders
