📋 Description
- • Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition role at RTX Corporate Recruiting Team, responsible for attracting and hiring world-class talent to support business growth and evolving workforce needs.
- • Provide full-cycle talent acquisition support across RTX Corporate and Enterprise Services, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by understanding business objectives and workforce needs.
- • Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from talent mapping and intake consultation through interviewing, offer, and closing, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- • Drive process excellence and continuous improvement by introducing new ideas, insights, and best practices to enhance recruiting effectiveness and represent the RTX employer brand.
- • Partner with a global aerospace and defense leader (RTX Corporation) that operates at the forefront of innovation in quantum physics, electric propulsion, directed energy, hypersonics, avionics, and cybersecurity.
- • Join a team of 185,000 employees enabling cutting-edge solutions for commercial, military, and government customers worldwide.
- • Operate with high autonomy and ownership, applying recruiting expertise, sound judgment, and business insight to deliver high-impact results in a remote work environment.
- • Develop stakeholder engagement skills by advising and influencing senior and executive leaders across functions.
- • Gain hands-on experience with Workday recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireVue to modernize talent acquisition processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive market environments.
- • 2+ years of experience with Workday recruiting.
- • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to partner, advise, and influence senior and executive leaders.
- • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and HireVue.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across various functions.
