Every line of Kotlin you write will directly influence how users discover, play and win on the go.
• • Own the full product lifecycle end-to-end: From the first architecture diagram to the last pixel-perfect animation, you will co-design, build, test, release and monitor features in a true DevOps culture. You decide the best tools, libraries and patterns, then shepherd them into production with CI/CD pipelines and real-time dashboards.
• • Deliver rock-solid, high-performance code: Leverage Jetpack Compose, MVVM, SOLID principles and TDD to craft a modular, testable and future-proof codebase. Your code reviews and pair-programming sessions will set the bar for clean architecture across the team and ensure that every release is faster, safer and more delightful than the last.
• • Champion Android excellence: Translate Android UX/UI guidelines into intuitive, accessible interfaces that feel native to every device—from foldables to tablets. Optimise for battery life, network resilience and security while integrating native SDKs and third-party services that power payments, push messaging and analytics.
• • Collaborate across borders: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, backend engineers and QA in Madrid and Hamburg. Fluent Spanish and English let you run refinements, retros and demos with stakeholders who are as passionate about lottery innovation as you are.
• • Mentor and elevate the team: Share your deep Android knowledge through lightning talks, brown-bag lunches and structured onboarding. Help junior developers grow, establish coding standards and foster a culture where experimentation is encouraged and failures become learning milestones.
• • Drive continuous improvement: Monitor crash rates, ANRs and Play Store reviews; turn insights into actionable sprints. Experiment with new Jetpack libraries, Kotlin Multiplatform or even iOS tooling to keep our stack at the cutting edge of mobile technology.
