📋 Description
- • Develop and maintain native Android applications using modern development practices and Kotlin as the primary language.
- • Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile architectures aligned with current Android best practices and Jetpack libraries.
- • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.
- • Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience across a wide range of Android devices and OS versions.
- • Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to establishing and evolving engineering best practices within the team.
- • Help define the technical direction of the Android platform, influencing long-term architecture and development processes.
- • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in a high-impact mobile product used by customers worldwide.
- • Ensure high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, automated workflows, and maintainable code structures.
- • Work within a fully remote environment with teams across LATAM and North America, requiring strong asynchronous communication and collaboration skills.
- • Contribute to CI/CD workflows to streamline builds, testing, and deployment of Android applications.
- • Maintain a strong focus on user-centered design and deliver polished, intuitive mobile experiences.
- • Engage in technical decision-making with ownership over key components of the Android codebase.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- • Strong expertise in Kotlin
- • Experience building and shipping Android applications at scale
- • Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and modern Android architecture patterns
- • Experience with REST APIs and mobile networking
- • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean architecture
