- • Lead and drive multiple digital transformation projects to completion with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners across 100+ global sites.
- • Serve as the technical lead on pre-deployment calls and manage end-to-end processes for pre-delivery, deployment, and post-deployment of digital solutions.
- • Develop and maintain documentation for all solutions in internal repositories to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
- • Collaborate with the Tulip engineering team to scope, design, and develop new features for industrial applications.
- • Deploy Tulip software apps and On-Premise connector hosts using Tulip Linux tools.
- • Write SQL queries and HTTP GET/POST requests to integrate and extract data from operational systems.
- • Partner with site operations teams to scope projects, define business requirements, and ensure successful customer deployments.
- • Collaborate with business units to develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilots for IoT, Connected Applications, and IT/OT architecture.
- • Conduct analysis through interviews, data collection, and internal/external research to inform solution design.
- • Establish frameworks and methodologies to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex operational problems.
- • Support Business Unit goals by aligning deliverables with strategic timelines and collaborating with subject matter experts.
- • Request and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and solution adoption.
- • Perform initial technical evaluations and provide subject matter expertise to internal and external resources.
- • Ensure all digital solutions comply with organizational standards and strategic direction.
- • Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and innovative ideas across the global network using emerging technologies.
- • Provide regular updates and ongoing support to management and key stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
- • Support metrics development to measure the effectiveness and success of Lean Led Shopfloor Digitization initiatives.
- • Maintain proficiency in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
- • Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and sprint coordination with Scrum Masters.
- • Apply knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ISA-95 standards in solution design and implementation.
- • Work with ERP and MES systems, preferably SAP, to enable seamless data flow between operational and enterprise systems.
- • Demonstrate hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- • Develop and maintain applications using No-code/Low-code platforms, specifically Tulip Interfaces.
- • Leverage Node-RED and Node.js frameworks for workflow automation and integration.
- • Use Power Automate to automate business processes and streamline operations.
- • Operate effectively in Linux environments using SSH for system administration and troubleshooting.
- • Work independently and as part of a global, virtual team while maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive leadership information.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to diverse internal and external audiences.
- • Contribute to a high-performance, results-oriented team environment with a proactive and self-directed work ethic.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development (backend/frontend, UI/UX)
- • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- • Proficiency in SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- • Experience deploying Tulip software apps and using Tulip Linux tools
- • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
