• • Senior Applied Scientist role focused on owning the RL-based post-training pipeline end-to-end to improve clinical reasoning, safety, and alignment of Hippocratic AI’s healthcare-specific LLMs, directly impacting patient outcomes at global scale.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and iterating on RL-based post-training methods (RLHF, RLVR, DPO), building and evaluating reward models and verifiers, developing conversational AI environments for healthcare RL training with synthetic data, running rigorous experiments to understand post-training gains, and collaborating with research, engineering, and clinical teams.
