- • Senior Associate, ACO Operations at Pearl Health, responsible for driving operational excellence of Medicare ACO programs on behalf of provider partners.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives for efficient ACO operations including voluntary alignment, provider submission, CMS communications, and patient- and provider-facing program implementation.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Performance Operations, Clinical Strategy, and Data Science teams to ensure adherence to ACO program requirements and support value-based care growth.
- • Serve as strategic operational and analytic engine for ACO operations, building scalable systems and engaging with external stakeholders like federal agencies and advocacy organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations roles or demonstrated eagerness to learn Medicare ACO operations with a proven record of success.
- • Understanding of the healthcare industry with emphasis on Medicare programs such as ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets and interpreting clinical quality data analytics to drive change.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to organize and operationalize complex projects.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
