- • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies, Inc., you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business.
- • Day to day, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead the design and execution of A/B experiments on new and existing features, define and test levers for profitable growth, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency using advanced analytics and machine learning models.
- • You will join a talent-dense, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding with 60X revenue growth in five years, operating in a $2T market, where the Business Operations & Analytics team is seen as a core strategic partner, working closely with leadership including VP of BizOps & Analytics Armando La Rocca (ex-BCG, Better).
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by owning metrics, designing and interpreting experiments, building and iterating on strategies, and working in a high-performance culture populated by former MBB consultants who value rigor, ownership, and real-world impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Framework for problem solving grounded in first principles
- • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite
- • Commitment to setting and continuously raising a high bar for personal and team excellence
