This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with our VP of BizOps & Analytics, Armando La Rocca, and contribute to strategies that will propel us from 5 million to 50 million customers and achieve our goal of becoming a $10 billion business.
• • At Jerry, we're building the first super app designed to make car ownership affordable and accessible, encompassing everything from insurance, buying and selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, and parking. Since our inception in 2019, we've expanded our offerings beyond insurance to include loan refinancing, driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a cutting-edge GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. Our rapid growth is evidenced by our 5 million+ customers, $240 million in funding, 60X revenue growth, and a talented team of 225 across six countries. • • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving data-informed decisions across critical business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business development teams, integrating customer performance insights to refine user and partner acquisition strategies. Your role will be instrumental in shaping how we attract and retain customers in a highly competitive landscape.
• • A core responsibility will be to lead the design, execution, and rigorous analysis of A/B experiments. You will meticulously test new and existing features, extracting actionable insights that directly inform our product development roadmap and overarching business strategies. This hands-on approach ensures that our decisions are grounded in empirical evidence, maximizing our chances of success.
• • You will be tasked with defining, understanding, and actively testing key levers that drive both profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth. This involves a deep dive into the metrics that matter most, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing strategies to achieve sustainable expansion.
• • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. This includes pinpointing manual processes that can be automated and optimizing existing workflows to ensure our operations are as streamlined and effective as possible, freeing up resources for strategic initiatives.
