📋 Description
- • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and service level agreements on behalf of corporate legal departments.
- • Support client contract management teams by providing end-to-end contract lifecycle assistance, from intake and drafting through execution and renewal tracking.
- • Collaborate directly with in-house legal teams and business stakeholders to understand contractual needs, identify risks, and align contract terms with business objectives.
- • Leverage AI-powered contract tools and platforms to accelerate review cycles, improve accuracy, and ensure consistency across contract portfolios.
- • Maintain detailed contract repositories and metadata logs to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and easy retrieval for clients.
- • Identify and escalate contractual risks or anomalies to senior legal counsel while proposing practical, business-friendly solutions.
- • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure seamless integration of Factor75’s contract management processes into client workflows.
- • Work within a cross-functional team of lawyers, technologists, and process consultants to deliver Integrated Law™ solutions that combine traditional legal expertise with operational efficiency.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting best practices, refining templates, and suggesting enhancements to contract workflows and automation tools.
- • Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences, including procurement, sales, and finance teams.
- • Maintain a high-energy, results-driven approach while fostering a collaborative, fun, and inclusive team culture.
- • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive client contractual information.
- • Support global clients across industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology, requiring awareness of cross-border legal considerations.
- • Stay current with evolving contract law trends, regulatory changes, and AI advancements in legal technology to enhance service delivery.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by anticipating contractual needs and proactively offering solutions before issues arise.
- • Balance speed and precision in high-volume contract environments without compromising quality or compliance standards.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members as part of Factor75’s commitment to professional growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation within a corporate legal department, law firm, or ALSP environment
- • Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts including SaaS, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- • Familiarity with AI-powered legal technology platforms used for contract review and management
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal terms to non-lawyers
- • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contract workflows under tight deadlines
- • Experience working directly with corporate clients or in a client-facing legal support role
