- • As a Senior Associate Delivery Manager at DraftKings, you will play a key role in driving cross-functional projects that support the company’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- • You will manage low-to-medium complexity projects from initiation to completion, overseeing timelines, scope, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation while maintaining alignment between Product and Technology teams.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes, and facilitating communication across agile development teams.
- • You will contribute to defining success metrics, support continuous process improvement, and help foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within delivery teams.
- • You will work within a growing, dynamic team at a publicly traded technology company that is actively integrating AI to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical or analytical field
- • Experience managing cross-functional relationships in a large, fast-paced organization
- • Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau
- • Basic understanding of technical terminology related to software applications and infrastructure
