• • Senior Associate, Global Employment Law role at Commvault Systems, Inc., a global leader in cyber resilience, providing in-house legal advice on employment and labour law matters across jurisdictions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and assessing legal risks, conducting multi-jurisdictional research, monitoring global labour law developments, drafting and reviewing employment agreements and policies, supporting compliance initiatives, handling employment disputes with external counsel, and building strong partnerships with HR and business stakeholders.
• • Part of Commvault’s Trust Team within the Legal function, collaborating closely with Senior Counsel – Global Employment Law, HR, and leadership to deliver balanced, employee-conscious legal solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.
