• • The Senior Associate – Project Manager Associate – Healthcare role serves as the execution engine of the PMO, driving coordination, transparency, and operational discipline across complex healthcare consulting engagements, enabling Project Directors to focus on strategic decision-making and stakeholder management.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating integrated project plans and initiative trackers, coordinating weekly workstream check-ins, tracking milestones and risks, preparing executive-ready reporting, conducting ad-hoc analytics, scheduling meetings, supporting benefits realization tracking, ensuring consistent use of PMO templates and tools, and driving execution accountability across workstreams.
• • The role is part of BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice, which provides end-to-end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and stakeholders on strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges, led by seasoned healthcare executives and clinicians.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in healthcare consulting project management, gain experience across BRG’s core service offerings (Business Transformation, Margin & Operational Improvement, Clinical & Quality Transformation, AI & Digital Solutions), and build skills in executive reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
