  • • Stellar Health is revolutionizing the US healthcare system by shifting from a fee-for-service model to one that prioritizes quality health outcomes. We empower primary care providers to put patient health first through an innovative platform that combines technology, human expertise, and advanced analytics. Our solution supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and offering incentives that reward the high-quality care they are already delivering. The Stellar App, our user-friendly, web-based tool, provides practices with a straightforward checklist of recommended actions designed to enhance patient care quality. Providers and their care teams are compensated monthly for each completed action, leading to reduced healthcare costs for payers.
  • • Stellar Health is a rapidly growing US-based Health-tech company, backed by prominent Venture Capital firms including General Atlantic, Point72, and Primary Venture Partners. We have a well-established product and a proven operating model, demonstrating a significant positive impact on physician practices and their patients.
  • • The Senior Associate, Provider Programs role is a critical, data-intensive operational position focused on the execution and optimization of Stellar's core provider programming. As a key member of the Provider Success team, you will work directly with primary care practices utilizing the Stellar application to drive improvements in patient outcomes. This role is instrumental in standardizing programming across all medical groups, ensuring an exceptional provider experience, and fostering user independence.
  • • In this capacity, you will transform raw data into actionable strategies. You will leverage performance metrics to design and refine provider incentive initiatives, and manage the communication strategies that engage providers and encourage their participation. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere data management; you will be tasked with identifying patterns in provider behavior, automating manual workflows to enhance efficiency, and proposing sophisticated communication frameworks that resonate effectively with our network of healthcare providers.
  • • Within the first 3 months, you will take ownership of the complete monthly lifecycle of provider incentive programs. This includes managing all administrative execution, collaborating closely with the Customer Success team to ensure alignment on provider eligibility criteria and budget allocations. You will also lead the bulk launch of provider communications through email and in-application messaging tools each month. Furthermore, you will design and execute internal application walkthroughs and targeted pop-up notifications to guide providers through the platform and alert them to new opportunities and features.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to provider programming, disseminating monthly updates across the organization to ensure comprehensive alignment on upcoming initiatives. A key responsibility will be to establish a consistent cadence for reviewing monthly program results, translating complex raw data into clear, actionable summaries for leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of current initiatives and inform future strategy.
  • • By the 6-month mark, you will establish and manage an internal ticketing process to centralize and streamline manual tasks across the team, ensuring these tasks are completed on a regular cadence. You will proactively propose new outreach programs and identify the most effective communication types tailored to different provider segments, optimizing engagement and impact.
  • • You will assume full responsibility for comprehensive program documentation, including updating internal resource pages (e.g., Notion) and formalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability. A significant part of your role will involve running analyses and data tests to evaluate the impact of program interventions, setting up experiments to precisely determine what drives provider behavior and program success.
  • • You will also be instrumental in identifying recurring manual tasks that can be optimized through AI and automation, thereby increasing team efficiency and contributing to strategic system improvements. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company that is making a tangible difference in healthcare delivery and patient well-being.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • • 2-4 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, Program Coordination, or Data Analytics.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data handling and analysis.
  • • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication abilities, with experience drafting professional communications for external stakeholders.
  • • Exceptional task management and project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
  • • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
  • • Universal Paid Family Leave.
  • • Company-sponsored One Medical and Citibike memberships.
  • • Monthly wellness stipend for flexible use on wellness, pet care, childcare, WFH items, or charitable donations.
  • • Stock Options and 401k matching program.
