• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a particular emphasis on volume and support positions. Your primary objective will be to ensure a rapid yet high-quality hiring cycle, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ambitious growth objectives. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer acceptance, demonstrating speed, efficiency, and a deep sense of ownership.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of recruitment activities. You will proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including leading job boards like Naukri, professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and our internal candidate databases. A key part of your role will involve meticulously screening resumes and conducting initial HR assessments to identify candidates who not only possess the required skills and experience but also align with JustAnswer's core values and culture. This ensures we are not just filling roles, but building a cohesive and high-performing team.
• • You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience throughout their application journey. This includes managing interview scheduling with precision, coordinating effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient interview process, and providing timely feedback to candidates. Your ability to foster strong relationships and maintain clear communication will be paramount in attracting and retaining top talent.

You will be responsible for tracking key recruitment metrics, such as Time-to-Hire (TAT), candidate conversion rates, and overall pipeline health. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is crucial for data integrity and reporting, enabling us to continuously refine our recruitment strategies.
