- • Join Pearl Health as a Senior Associate, Recruiting & People Operations, a pivotal role designed to significantly contribute to scaling our dynamic team and enhancing the overall employee experience from beginning to end. This is a unique opportunity for a recruiting-centric generalist who excels in both the strategic acquisition of talent and the meticulous execution of people operations.
- • You will be instrumental in owning the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial strategy development with hiring managers to the final offer extension. This includes defining role requirements, crafting compelling job descriptions, proactively sourcing a diverse pool of qualified candidates, conducting thorough applicant screenings, meticulously coordinating interview schedules, and ultimately securing top-tier talent to fuel our growth.
- • Beyond recruitment, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee journey through comprehensive onboarding and off-boarding processes. This involves the accurate setup of employee files and profiles within our HRIS, conducting essential background checks and verifying work authorization, and orchestrating engaging onboarding training sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.
- • Collaborate closely with the broader People team to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and benefits administration. You will serve as a primary point of contact for new employees, guiding them through the benefits enrollment process and acting as an internal expert for any HRIS or benefits-related inquiries. Furthermore, you will act as a key liaison between Pearl Health and our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and third-party benefits partners, ensuring seamless administration and support.
- • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging employee feedback and data-driven insights to inform and execute impactful engagement initiatives. Your contributions will directly influence employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational health.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for operational enhancements across both recruiting and broader HR functions. This includes documenting existing processes, designing more efficient workflows, and implementing new systems and procedures to streamline operations and elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of the People team.
- • Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their unique talent needs, providing strategic guidance on recruitment approaches and market intelligence to attract the best candidates.
- • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, employing creative sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of employer branding initiatives, ensuring Pearl Health is positioned as an employer of choice within the health-tech industry.
- • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and promoting a fair and equitable work environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a combination of full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
- • Proven experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, HR best practices, and employment law fundamentals.
- • Demonstrated ability to improve and optimize HR processes and systems (systems mindset).
- • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a strong service-oriented approach.
